3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

- Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery.
- Delay in reporting issues beyond 24 hours of delivery.
- Any claims without an unboxing video as proof.
4. Return Process (If Approved)
If your return request is approved after inspection:
- We will arrange for return pickup or advise you on secure shipping.
- Upon receipt and quality verification of the returned product, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same item, or
